Start with the right purchase
The pricing page shows the current credit packages and service catalogue. Choose the package that fits your planned work, then check the checkout total before paying. Credit packages determine the purchase cost of the balance you buy; the service selection determines how much of that balance a file uses. Keep those two decisions separate when comparing a single job with a larger workshop top-up.
If you are not signed in, registration connects the purchase to your new account before checkout. Existing customers can purchase from their dashboard. Use the account that should own the credits and invoices, especially if you manage more than one business email address.
Payment adds credits; submission starts the file job
The online checkout uses Mollie. Once payment is confirmed, credits are added to the purchasing account and the return flow takes you back to the dashboard. A successful credit payment and a completed tuning file are different events: after buying credits, you still need to upload your original file and choose the service.
If a payment is still awaiting confirmation, check the payment status rather than starting a second purchase to solve a loading screen. The dashboard is the place to verify the available balance. Your purchase invoice is provided as a PDF by email and is also available in the account's invoice area.
Know the credit cost before you upload
A Stage 1 submission costs 1 credit and a Stage 2 submission costs 2 credits. Eligible options added to the same stage request do not add credits. When buying options without a stage, each selected option costs 0.5 credit. For example, two standalone options on one file total 1 credit; this does not turn the order into a Stage 1 calibration.
Select only the options you actually require. Included pricing does not establish technical suitability, and changing a request after submission can change the scope of the work. Describe an unusual requirement before ordering so that you know which service selection matches it.
Your order has a visible finish
After submission, use the file dashboard to follow the job. The completed request is where you download the prepared file and read the delivery notes. Match that download to the vehicle and original read recorded in the job before following the programming tool's instructions.
The purchase history and the file history answer different questions. The invoice records what you purchased; the credit ledger records how your balance changed; the submission records what work was requested and delivered. Together they make it easier to review a workshop job later, including when a customer returns for follow-up.
Questions before you upload
Can I buy a tuning file without creating an account?
An account is needed so the payment, credits, original upload, completed download and invoice belong to the same customer. The purchase flow takes a new customer through registration before checkout.
Are tuning files delivered immediately after payment?
Payment purchases credits. Submit your original file with a service request to start manual file preparation, then download the finished file when that submission is completed.
Where do I find my purchase invoice?
After a confirmed purchase, the PDF invoice is emailed to you and is available in your dashboard's invoice area with its details and download.
Can I buy more credits while signed in?
Yes. Use the credit purchase area in your customer dashboard. The new balance is added to that account after successful payment confirmation.
