Confirm the input before buying the service
Identify the vehicle, ECU software, tool and intended read method. Confirm that the file service can assess the application and accepts the required output. A vehicle appearing in a catalogue is a useful starting point, but the actual read and programming workflow still need to be established.
If you do not have a programming tool or the workshop capability to use it, arrange that part first. Our service manually prepares a submitted file and delivers it online; it does not include a physical tool, a vehicle appointment or an automatic remote connection to the car.
Use the account that should own the job
Create an account with the email and business details that should receive purchase and job communications. Existing customers should sign in to the account where they want the credits and file history. This matters when an owner, administrator and technician use different addresses in the same business.
If the purchase starts on the public pricing page, the new-customer flow takes you through registration before checkout. Keep using that account when you return to the dashboard and upload the file. A second account does not automatically share the first account's credits or invoices.
Read the purchase and service summaries separately
The purchase summary describes the credit package and the amount payable. The later file-upload summary describes the selected service and credits to be deducted. Review both. Stage 1 uses 1 credit, Stage 2 uses 2 credits and standalone options use 0.5 credit each; compatible options selected with a stage are included.
Mollie handles payment. After returning from checkout, verify the payment status and available balance. A payment may need confirmation before the balance changes. Do not start another purchase merely because a status screen has not yet updated; first establish what happened to the existing transaction.
Submit the file that matches the appointment
Use the current original read, vehicle information and agreed service. Explain installed hardware, fuel, previous tuning and customer priorities. Keep the brief aligned with the job you confirmed earlier, and ask about any changes rather than assuming a different configuration is covered by the same discussion.
Once submitted, track the request in the file dashboard. Credits are charged when the request is submitted. Manual preparation means payment confirmation does not equal immediate delivery: the file becomes available when the submission is marked completed.
Finish the order with records you can use later
Download the finished file from the completed submission and read its notes before the workshop programs the vehicle. Record the version used and keep the original read alongside your job card. If support is needed, start with that submission reference and the actual observation.
Your confirmed credit purchase has a PDF invoice delivered by email and available in the dashboard. The file record and credit history remain separate from the purchase invoice. Together they show what was bought, what service used the balance and what was delivered for the workshop job.
Questions before you upload
What do I need before buying a tuning file online?
A defined vehicle and request, confirmed tool and file compatibility, a suitable original read and the workshop capability to program and assess the vehicle.
Why do I have credits but no tuning-file download yet?
The payment buys credits. You must then submit the original file and service request. The download appears when that manually prepared submission is completed.
Can I buy from the website and submit later in the dashboard?
Yes. Complete the purchase using the account that will submit the file, then use its dashboard to check the balance and start the upload.
