Tuning file credits, explained with real order examples.

A credit package is a purchase. It has a displayed price and a checkout total. A file service is a use of the resulting balance. The number of credits needed depends on the service selection, while the purchase amount you paid for those credits depends on the package you bought.

For a simple purchase-cost calculation, divide the package's displayed amount by the credits in that package, using a consistent tax basis. Then multiply by the service's credit cost. Use the current pricing page rather than assuming an old package rate still applies. The checkout shows the actual amount for the purchase being made.

The examples below describe service credits, not fixed monetary prices. In each example, additional options must be available and appropriate for the particular vehicle. An included option should still be deliberately selected as part of the request.

Notice that two different orders can use the same number of credits without containing the same work. Two standalone options cost 1 credit in total, but that order does not include a Stage 1 tune. Review the service names and selected options in the upload summary, not just the total.

Choose a package while signed in, or register as part of the purchase flow. Mollie handles checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to the purchasing account. Returning from checkout is the point to verify the payment state and available balance.

Selecting a package does not submit a tuning job. To start file preparation, upload the original file, enter the vehicle details and select the service. The required credits are deducted when that request is submitted. Keep enough balance for the whole selection, including any standalone options or separate service work.

The purchase invoice documents the confirmed credit purchase and is supplied as a downloadable PDF in the account as well as by email. The credit history shows changes to the available balance. The file submission records the vehicle, requested service, status and delivery.

Use the record that answers the question. If you need proof of the purchase, open the invoice. If you need to understand the remaining balance, inspect the credit history. If you need the prepared file or completion notes, open the submission. Keeping these records distinct makes later accounting and workshop follow-up easier.

Before quoting or submitting, confirm whether the job is an engine stage, a standalone option or another listed service such as transmission work. Do not infer a price for an unlisted request from a similar name. Ask for clarification with the actual vehicle specification.

If a payment remains pending, check its status before making a second purchase. If the balance looks unexpected, compare the payment and credit history, then contact support with the relevant reference. A clear reference gives the administrator a concrete transaction to review.
