1. What we collect

Account data (name, company, email, country, VAT number where applicable), uploaded ECU files and the vehicle details you attach to them, support ticket contents, and credit transaction history.

We do not collect personal data about your end customers beyond what you choose to include in vehicle notes — we recommend not including any.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the service: identifying ECUs, preparing calibrations, managing your credit balance, and handling support. We do not sell data, share files with third parties, or use your uploads to serve other clients.

With your permission, we also use website usage statistics to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

3. Storage & security

Files and account data are stored encrypted on European cloud infrastructure (Supabase, EU region). Access is restricted to your account and our engineering team. Sessions are protected with industry-standard cookie security.

4. Retention & your rights

Files are retained so you can re-download previous work; you may request deletion of specific files or your entire account at any time via a support ticket or email. You have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data under the GDPR.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage support login, interface preferences and remembering your cookie choice. These remain available when you choose Essential only.

If you allow Analytics, we activate Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and interactions, traffic sources, device information and approximate location. Google processes this usage data to provide our analytics reports. We do not add your name, email, password, uploaded file contents or support messages to analytics events. Google signals and advertising personalization through Analytics are disabled.

If you separately allow Advertising, we activate the Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance and support personalized advertising. Google may use advertising identifiers and _gcl_ cookies for these purposes. We communicate your choices for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization through Google Consent Mode.

Analytics uses _ga and _ga_15KD02Z1E8 cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days, refreshed when analytics is used. Your cookie choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. The Google tag loads when the website opens, with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization denied by default. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement and consent signals before you agree; optional cookies and personalization require the relevant choice. You can change or withdraw either choice through Cookie settings; we update Google's consent state and remove the corresponding first-party measurement cookies. Essential cookies remain available.
