Chiptuning
Fileservice Chiptuning provides manually prepared ECU and TCU tuning files for professional workshops. The service is operated by Xtra-Facilities BV, based in Genk, Belgium, and serves customers internationally through an online file portal.
You provide the original file, vehicle details and requested changes. We prepare the file manually, with its progress and completed download available in your account. Preparation time and compatibility depend on the particular ECU, software version, hardware and request.

Manual file preparation
Each tuning file is manually prepared for the submitted original and requested changes. Supply the exact vehicle and software details so the request starts with the right information.
Clear service choices
Stage 1 costs 1 credit; Stage 2 costs 2 credits. Selected, compatible options are included with either stage in the same file. Standalone options cost 0.5 credit each.
Visible progress
Your dashboard shows pending, in-progress and completed files. Completion emails link to your account, where you can download the file and read the delivery notes.
Connected support
Use portal tickets to share questions, messages and attachments. Both sides receive email updates when the conversation changes, with a link back to the thread.

Create a free account with your workshop and billing details. Registration is automatic, so you can sign in and prepare your first request.
Choose credits and pay through Mollie. A successful purchase adds your credits and produces a PDF invoice, sent by email and available in your dashboard.
Upload the original file with the vehicle, ECU or TCU, reading tool and hardware details. Select your service; the displayed credits are deducted on submission.
Track the request while we prepare it manually. Download the completed file from your account and validate the vehicle with your workshop's normal checks.
