1. The service

Fileservicechiptuning.com provides calibration files for engine and transmission control units, delivered digitally through the client portal. Files are prepared per individual request based on the original file and vehicle information supplied by the client.

The service is intended for professional workshops and tuning businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you act in a professional capacity.

2. Intended use & responsibility

Calibrations that alter or disable emissions-related systems (including DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions) are supplied exclusively for off-road, motorsport and export purposes. It is the sole responsibility of the workshop and the vehicle owner to ensure compliance with the road-use regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

The workshop is responsible for correct reading and writing of files, for verifying vehicle hardware condition before flashing, and for informing the end customer about the modifications performed.

3. Credits & payment

Services are paid with account credits. Credits are purchased by bank transfer and added to the account balance upon receipt of payment. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

Credit prices per service are published on the pricing page and shown before each upload is confirmed. Charged credits for jobs that cannot be delivered are returned to the account balance.

4. Delivery & revisions

Indicated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees; complex requests may require additional engineering time. Revisions for a delivered file relating to the original request are included and handled with priority.

5. Liability

Files are developed with care within the tolerance limits of the declared hardware. However, chiptuning inherently modifies manufacturer specifications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific file concerned. We are not liable for consequential damage, loss of use, or warranty consequences on the vehicle.

6. Account & termination

We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent activity, resale of files, or abuse of the support system. Remaining credit balances of accounts terminated for abuse are forfeited; in all other cases remaining balances are settled.
