Refund policy

Last updated — August 2026

1. Undelivered work

If we cannot deliver a requested file — unsupported ECU, unreadable original, or a request we refuse on technical grounds — any charged credits are returned to your account balance in full, automatically.

2. Delivered files

Calibration files are custom digital goods produced per request. Once delivered, they cannot be 'returned'. If a delivered file does not perform as specified, open a ticket: we first fix the calibration (priority revision). If we cannot make it work on a correctly functioning vehicle, the credits for that job are refunded to your balance.

3. Credit balances

Unused credits do not expire. If you close your account in good standing, the remaining balance can be paid back by bank transfer on request, minus transaction costs.

4. How to claim

All refund requests run through the portal ticket system so the engineering history of the file is attached. Refund decisions are made within five business days.
