DS enquiries need clear identification of the car's generation and powertrain, especially where a familiar name appears across different vehicles. Explain the customer's priorities for smooth response and everyday use, then attach the original ECU read. That creates a practical brief for the manually prepared file rather than a generic model-based request.

The DS model name alone is insufficient to determine file coverage, and engine-file support does not establish hybrid or electric-system support.

What matters for a DS file request

Distinguish earlier Citroën-branded DS derivatives from vehicles documented under the DS marque.

Identify hybrid or electric versions explicitly and state the controller work being requested.

Describe desired road behaviour rather than assuming an output target suits every derivative.

Stage 2 2 credits

A request matched to declared hardware modifications. Supply the full setup and agree the requirements first.

Compatible options are included with a stage file. Standalone options cost 0.5 credit each. Output gains and exact support depend on the specific vehicle; there is no fixed increase promised for a model name.

Questions before you upload

Should I select Citroën or DS for an older DS model?

Use the make shown in the vehicle documentation and include the complete model name and year in your notes. This avoids relying on a badge abbreviation when identifying the original controller and file.

Can I request tuning for a DS hybrid?

Ask about the exact powertrain and controller before selecting a paid service. Include the identification available from your tool. A model listing does not promise work on the battery, electric drive or hybrid control strategy.
