FSCCitroën / Workshop file guide

Citroën tuning files. Start with the exact vehicle.

A Citroën file request should preserve what the customer values about the vehicle: easy everyday driving, usable response or suitability for a working role. From a C3 to a Berlingo, identify the exact version and explain the job. The file assessment is tied to that vehicle's software and setup.

A Citroën badge or a related van name does not establish software compatibility. Each controller and original file is assessed individually.

What matters for a Citroën file request

01

Describe low-speed and everyday drivability expectations as well as any performance aim.

02

Use local and original model names when an imported van has a different market designation.

03

Distinguish a passenger version, commercial van and conversion when explaining operating conditions.

Prepare these details before uploading

  • Enter the year, engine, fuel type and transmission from the actual vehicle.
  • Attach the original file, ECU identification and reading-tool details.
  • Report relevant fault codes and any previous changes to hardware or software.

Use the original-file checklist for the complete upload workflow.

Choose the service after confirming compatibility

Compatible options are included with a stage file. Standalone options cost 0.5 credit each. Output gains and exact support depend on the specific vehicle; there is no fixed increase promised for a model name.

Questions before you upload

How do I describe a Citroën van with a different overseas name?

Include both the name on the vehicle documents and the name used in your market, together with the year and engine. ECU identification and the original read resolve the actual file request more reliably than the name alone.

Can a family Berlingo and a work van use the same request details?

Supply each vehicle's own file and specification, then explain its normal load and use. Even when vehicles look similar, a passenger vehicle and a heavily loaded working van can have different customer priorities.
