FSCAudi / Workshop file guide

Audi tuning files. Start with the exact vehicle.

Audi workshops see a wide mix of commuter hatchbacks, executive cars, SUVs and S or RS performance models. Our Audi file service keeps the exact engine, transmission and intended use attached to the original read. That context matters more than selecting a file by the model name alone.

S, RS, TFSI and TDI descriptions help identify an enquiry; none replaces the ECU identification and original file required to assess support.

What matters for a Audi file request

01

Identify the drivetrain and gearbox instead of assuming all versions of one model are alike.

02

Explain whether the priority is progressive road response or a hardware-specific performance setup.

03

Keep engine and transmission requests explicit so the required file work can be assessed separately.

Prepare these details before uploading

  • Supply the engine designation, original output variant and ECU software identification.
  • Document aftermarket parts and the fuel the customer will actually use.
  • Save the original read and report any existing fault codes or previous remap.

Use the original-file checklist for the complete upload workflow.

Choose the service after confirming compatibility

Compatible options are included with a stage file. Standalone options cost 0.5 credit each. Output gains and exact support depend on the specific vehicle; there is no fixed increase promised for a model name.

Questions before you upload

Does an Audi engine file include gearbox tuning?

Describe gearbox tuning as a separate requirement. An engine-file request does not by itself identify the transmission controller or establish its compatibility. The available service and required read should be checked for the actual gearbox.

Can I request a file for an Audi S or RS model?

You can submit the exact model, hardware specification and original read for assessment. Performance badges are not a blanket support statement, and a modified car needs its complete setup documented before the request can be evaluated.
